Navigate to Menu Builder → Sub-Preferences, then scroll down to Sub-Preference Listing (1)

Select the Preference (2) that contains the sub-preference you want to update.

Update the Price (4), and click Save (5) to confirm the changes.

If the option item title has a specific price (1), make sure to update the title price as well.
