STEP1

Go to Sales, then find Order Management

STEP2

Click the checkbox (1) next to the order number you need to cancel.

STEP3

At the bottom of the page, locate the two buttons shown in the image. Click the first button Select Status

STEP4

Select Order not processed (3), then click Update Multiple Orders (4). The order will be cancelled.

STEP5

Your customer will receive an updated notification as shown below.
