We offer various promotional options, including coupons, item-based promotions, extended offers, and order promotions to help you attract and retain customers.
Promotion Types & Details
Coupons
- Discount Target: All menu items
- Discount Type: Fixed amount or percentage
- Discount Order Type:
- Pickup only
- Delivery only
- Both pickup and delivery
- How to Apply: Customers must enter a discount code (e.g., PROMO2025) at checkout.
Item Promotions (by Item)
- Discount Target: A specific menu item
- Discount Type: Fixed amount
- How to Apply: Select a menu item and specify another item that will be available at a reduced price.
- Example: If a customer orders Spaghetti with Meatballs, they can get a Side Salad at a discounted price.
Item Promotions (by Category)
- Discount Target: A specific menu category
- Discount Type: Fixed amount or percentage
- How to Apply: Select a category and choose another item within that category to offer at a reduced price.
- Example: If a customer orders any drink from the Fruit Tea category, they can get a Mango Green Tea at a discounted price.
Extended Offers
- Discount Target: A specific menu item
- Discount Type: Free item
- How to Apply: Buy X, Get Y Free (e.g., Buy One, Get One / Buy Two, Get One, etc.)
- Example: If a customer buys four Black Teas, they get the fifth one for free.
Order Promotions
- Discount Target: Orders exceeding a specific total amount (e.g., Over $20)
- Discount Type: Free item
- How to Apply: Set a minimum order amount, then select one or more free item to offer once the order amount is met.
- Example: If a customer buys Over $50, they can choose one or more free items, such as a Soda Can or Fries
Promotions
- Discount Target: Orders exceeding a specific total amount (e.g., Over $20).
- Discount Type: Price or Percentage Discount.
- How to Apply: Set a minimum order amount, and the discount will automatically apply without requiring a coupon code.
- Example: If a customer spends Over $100, they get a 10% Discount.
